DUBWARS Rules

1. Obey all traffic rules at the event.
2. Pedestrians always have the right of way.
3. Follow & abide by all of the directions of the DUBWARS staff. Park in designated areas only.
4. Please do not litter! If caught littering, you will be escorted out of the event by security without a refund.
5. Available security officials are licensed & armed. They will enforce all rules & regulations set by DUBWARS & Willow Springs International Raceway officials.
6. Drugs, alcohol, nudity, the use of illegal substances or violence will not be tolerated. Disorderly party(s) will be escorted by security officials out of the track with no refund & banned from further DUBWARS events.
7. Only participants in Motorsports events are allowed to drive through the marked areas of the field onto the track. No Exceptions!
8. All vendors, sponsors, participants, & spectators must wear shoes. Any bare-footed person(s) will not be allowed into the event.
9. All Motorsports participants must wear fully covered shoes on the track while participating in Motorsports events. Any & all Motorsports participants with open-toed footwear (i.e. slippers, sandals, etc.) or high heels will not be permitted to participate in any Motorsports events or allowed on the racetrack (DUBWARS models excluded).
10. All Giveaway winners must be present to receive their winning prizes.
11. Do not block emergency exits or lanes.
12. All participants & spectators must sign the insurance waiver to enter the event grounds. No Exceptions!
13. All Motorsports participants must sign individual insurance waivers for each Motorsports event. No Exceptions!
14. All pictures taken by DUBWARS staff & officials at the event are the sole property of DUBWARS.
15. No children under the age of 16 will be permitted to participate in any Motorsports event. A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign all waivers for Motorsport participants under the age of 18. All children 13 years & younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
16. All participants must show a valid picture ID (i.e. driver's license, US Passport, Military ID, etc) to participate in Motorsports events.
17. All vehicles must pass tech inspections by official DUBWARS Techs to participate in any Motorsports event. No Exceptions!
18. DUBWARS & involved parties are not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or abused vehicles or personal belongings while left unattended at the event.
19. Please lock your personal belongings & vehicle while away from them at all times.
20. Please keep all audio/video equipment turned down during announcements, Giveaway sessions, & off during the trophy presentation.
21. The maximum speed limit is 15mph while on show grounds. No Exceptions!
22. Refunds are available only for the following two reasons. No Exceptions!
    1. Cancellation of the event.
    2. Overbooked Show or Motorsports event.
23. Follow & abide by all Willow Springs International Raceway signs, rules, & regulations.
24. Please use extreme caution & keep children away from moving vehicles entering onto, or leaving the track, or while moving through spectator areas.
25. No unauthorized staff, vendors, sponsors, spectators, or participants will be allowed on the racetrack at any time during the event. No Exceptions!
26. Under no circumstances are any vendors, sponsors, spectators, or participants allowed in the pit area, or on the pit wall (sitting or standing) during any of the Motorsports activities. Any person caught doing so may be escorted out of the park with no refund. No Exceptions!
27. All guidelines for safety & tech inspection must be met. If your car does not pass tech inspection, you will not be able to race, & there will not be a refund! No Exceptions!
28. DUBWARS officials reserve the right to close registration before listed date/time without notice or refund to registered participants.
29. DUBWARS officials reserve the right to hold open registration longer than the listed date/time without notice or refund to registered participants.
