Sunday, July 8th
Please see the Rules/FAQ page for more information. Here are some quick highlights.
- Be prompt, prepared, & ready when arriving at the front gate. This includes having your registration information or entry fee ready before reaching the gate.
- All Motorsport participants will need to enter the track first, as tech inspections must be completed before any Motorsports events may begin.
- ALL MOTORSPORT VEHICLES FOR ALL EVENTS MUST COMPLETE TECH BY DESIGNATED TIME. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. NO TECH, NO RACE.
- Show judging will start promptly at 11:00am on Sunday, July 8th. You may want to be at or near your vehicle, the judges will be asking questions & would like to meet the participants.
- Please remember: Follow all guidelines for safety & tech inspection. If your car does not pass tech inspection, you will not be able to race, & there will not be a refund! NO EXCEPTIONS!
- It is not advised that you participate in the Motorsport & Car Show event. There is a good chance you may miss something due to event scheduling. In the event you choose to participate in Motorsport & Car Show events, there are NO REFUNDS in the event you miss something. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Participants are SOLELY responsible for the pick-up of awards.
